Purpose and Scope<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions (\u201cT&amp;Cs\u201d) establish the legal framework governing the use of the website <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enifportugal.com\/fr\/\">https:\/\/enifportugal.com<\/a><\/strong> and all services provided by <strong>eNIF Portugal<\/strong> (\u201cCompany\u201d), in accordance with applicable <strong>Portuguese and European Union law<\/strong>.<br>They define the conditions of access and use by the user (\u201cUser\u201d) of the services offered through the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accessing, registering, or using the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&amp;Cs.<br>By registering via the online form, the User confirms acceptance by checking the box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI acknowledge that I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the services.<br><strong>eNIF Portugal<\/strong> reserves the right to modify these T&amp;Cs at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1 NIF Application Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By agreeing to these terms, the User authorizes <strong>eNIF Portugal<\/strong> to act as their representative for the purpose of applying for a <strong>N\u00famero de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal (NIF)<\/strong> \u2014 the Portuguese tax identification number \u2014 with the <strong>Autoridade Tribut\u00e1ria e Aduaneira<\/strong> (Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of Service Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparing and submitting the NIF application on behalf of the User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting as a local fiscal representative for non-EU residents, or where required by the Tax Authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling communications with the Portuguese Tax Authority related to the NIF issuance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service Fee:<\/strong> \u20ac80 \u2013 \u20ac100<br>If a local tax representative is required, eNIF Portugal will provide representation free of charge for the first <strong>6 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>User Declaration:<\/strong><br>By accepting these T&amp;Cs, the User confirms that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They have <strong>never been issued<\/strong> a Portuguese NIF or any equivalent tax identification number elsewhere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They have <strong>not authorized any third party<\/strong> to apply for a NIF on their behalf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All information provided is true and accurate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Providing false or misleading information may result in <strong>termination of service<\/strong>, <strong>cancellation of the application<\/strong>, and possible <strong>legal liability<\/strong> under Portuguese tax law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users must notify <strong>eNIF Portugal<\/strong> in writing of any changes in their NIF status or inaccuracies in the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1.1 Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>UN <strong>full refund<\/strong> will be issued to the same payment method if <strong>eNIF Portugal<\/strong> fails to deliver the NIF within the promised processing time <strong>after receiving all required documents<\/strong>.<br>Refunds are not applicable if the User already holds a valid NIF or if the order has been processed and submitted to the Tax Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2 Tax Representation Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By selecting this service, the User authorizes <strong>eNIF Portugal<\/strong> to act as their <strong>Tax Representative<\/strong> in Portugal, both for themselves and any declared dependents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receiving and forwarding official correspondence from the <strong>Autoridade Tribut\u00e1ria e Aduaneira<\/strong>, including access credentials and communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with fiscal obligations during the representation period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service Fee:<\/strong> \u20ac150 per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Data Protection and Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All personal data collected through the website will be processed in accordance with <strong>EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/strong> et <strong>Portuguese Data Protection Law<\/strong>.<br>eNIF Portugal uses secure encryption and deletes all personal documents immediately upon completion of the NIF process, unless otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
